Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals will collect all revenue, deposits, fees and taxes and forward all taxes collected to the appropriate agencies. Owner rental revenue will be sent along with the monthly statement to you by the 10th of each month. Direct Deposit is available to homeowners that prefer this funding option.


We will actively market your vacation rental property on a number of different travel websites.

Annual Deep Clean

Once a year we will go above and beyond our top quality housekeeping standards to ensure your vacation rental property is looking at its best. We are obsessed with every detail as it relates to all housekeeping, carpet cleaning and deep cleaning functions.

Carpet Cleaning

Twice a year we will clean your carpets to keep you vacation rental looking its best.

Guest Amenities

Prior to the guest arriving at their vacation rental, we want to exceed their expectations. We are a different kind of Rental Management Company! Premium Coffees, Complementary Bottled Water, Quality Bath Amenities, and luxury linens are standard with each reservation.


Your property is consistently cleaned each time with our highest housekeeping standards to ensure yours’ and our guest’s satisfaction. Prior to each new check-in, our inspection team will fully inspect the unit with a checklist to ensure all housekeeping functions have been performed to our highest standards, and kitchen and bath inventory items are present for the next arrival. Additionally, Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals Inspection Team will inspect your property for any possible damages to the unit or furnishings prior to each new guest check-in.


Any light maintenance issues such as a light bulb, or air filter replacements are needed, our Inspection Team will note and perform these tasks for the owner at NO additional cost. Any major maintenance issues as it relates to electrical, plumbing, or AC, Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals, will contract with a licensed contractor to perform any of these duties. If the repair costs exceed $200.00, we will contact you prior to the repairs being performed.

Owner Services

Owner and Guest satisfaction is our top responsibility! Our reputation depends upon it. Owners are able to access their property online through OwnerWeb. Owners are able to view upcoming reservations, block out dates for an owner reservation, view statements, and archived statements.

Rate review

We will consistently perform market studies and analysis to determine the competitive rental rates based on number travel sites and other Management Company’s.

Property review and upkeep

Contemporary units are more likely to book first. It is extremely important that owners equip their units with modern furnishings, comfortable bedding, flat panel televisions, cable, DVD players and wireless internet, all of which promote higher average daily rental income and the number of nights rented. There is no rotation system. Simply stated, the nicer units will generate the most income for the owner. We are here to help make suggestions on ways to improve and enhance your property while increasing your rental revenue.


We will handle all rental inquiries, book all reservations, and maintain your booking calendar.
