Calypso is a wonderful property to stay. Dale and Dean are the best renters! We have stayed with them many, many times! The condo was very clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The condo had everything needed for a great stay. Calypso is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. I highly recommending staying at this wonderful place!

This condo was in excellent condition and the perfect stay for our family. We only had four guests, but this condo could easily accommodate 6-8 people.

The condo felt newly renovated and included so many amenities. Beach chairs (foldable AND beach service), beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, binoculars, all the kitchen utensils, board games, puzzles, books, and more.

Calypso Towers is the best stay in PCB due to the quality and proximity to restaurants and shopping (just a short walk to Pier Park!). And this condo is the best we've stayed in at Calypso. When we return, we will definitely try to book here first.

Our stay at The Calypso Resort in Room 1906 East was perfect. The check in process was seamless with clear instructions. Our host was very friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed. They even gave us a Happy Anniversary card that was on the kitchen counter when we arrived! The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished with stunning views from the balcony windows. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the living room was perfect for relaxing after dinner. This is an ideal location close to Pier Park so we could walk to some of our favorite restaurants and shops I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

The condo was absolutely perfect! It is the perfect decor for a beach vacation! It was clean and the view was amazing, oceanfront! And They provided everything you would need. I highly recommend this condo! Would definitely stay there again!

Overall rating is OK. The master bedroom gets no air conditioning, so it’s hard to sleep with the temperature being much higher than the reading on the thermostat. The dryer went out, the day before we left, but it’s no one’s fault, things like that happen.

A beautiful place to stay. A wonderful view. The condo was in great condition very clean good amenities. We had a wonderful time. On the beach, walking distance to most restaurants the pier and the pier park.

Staying at Calypso is always our home away from home! We love having Dale and Dean as hosts! We have rented with them for over 15 years! Everything about this unit is awesome. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, a wet bar, and living room and dining room space. The view from the 19th floor is amazing. The location is great to walk to local restaurants and restaurants and shopping at Pier Park. Calypso's property is wonderful. It has two pools and a tiki bar. The unit and property is kept so clean. Beach chair service is great! I highly recommend this unit!

Absolutely fantastic in every way!

My wife and I enjoyed this condo for a week this May. Everything was as described online. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool/beach/local amenities were just as nice. If we come to PCB again, we would definitely stay in this condo or complex. Thank you!

This condo is right on the beach, high enough you can see marine life from your balcony! Absolutely spotless and very well equipped with anything you will need to cook a delicious meal, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo and I can’t say enough about the professional and knowledgeable management! Thank you Dale for all your help and for just being a phone call away!

The unit was great for our family and had everything we needed.
The only issues we had with it was, the master bedroom bed needs a new mattress and the mattress pad changed. It was plastic, so sheets did not stay on the bed, which made sleeping difficult. If you sat on the side of the bed you felt metal I’m assuming from the box springs.
The other issue was the air conditioner. Yes it was August but the unit never cooled downed, in the master or main areas. The unit worked just not like it should, it appeared to need a really good cleaning.
We always stay at the Calypso when we are in PCB and would definitely consider renting from Sugar Sands again in the future. They were easy to work with and made the booking process very easy.

My wife and I spent a week in this condo with our 4 kids and had a great experience. My wife has gone to PCB since she was a child (probably 10+ times in her life), and she said that this is one of her favorite condos she's ever stayed in. Everything inside the condo was perfect and in great shape, and the location was also great... we only drove to dinner once, otherwise we walked and had plenty of options nearby. We loved the condo and location so much that we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Great from Start to Finish!

The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for our quick Spring Break getaway. It was extremely clean and the location couldn't have been any better. We will certainly be looking to rent again.

We stayed here for a month in Jan. Cannot say enough about the condo and how great Dale was to work with. It was very clean, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. And the view.. beautiful! Would recommend to anyone! Also close enough to walk to all our favorite places. Pier Park basically across the street!

Very nice place. Updated and well decorated, very clean, and a great location. We have stayed at the Calypso 3 years in a row, and it hasn't disappointed.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at R&E’s Piece of Paradise in August. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, & equipped with all we needed for the week. It’s a big condo complex, but had friendly staff and all the comforts of home. Our unit was very quiet, with convenient parking, good wifi connection, and plenty of room ( including a pantry, large closets, and spacious upscale bathrooms.) Having a washer/dryer in the unit let us pack light, and preparing breakfasts, lunches, and snacks for the cooler saved us time and money. The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, enjoy the sound of the surf, and watch the brown pelicans in flight. Other than our beach bags and cooler, we didn’t have to carry anything to the water because our chairs and umbrella were already set up and waiting for us every morning. The big decisions of the day were whether we should start at the pool or the beach, and what to order at the tiki bar! There are lots of fun restaurants and activities nearby to choose from ( our favorites were the sunset catamaran cruise and an evening at an escape room.) it was a week of relaxing and enjoyable family time— all play and no work. We look forward to returning soon!

The 1906E Calypso condo was beautiful! The decor is all updated, the master bedroom walls in shower is amazing, and the views were awesome. The condo was very comfortable for my husband & I and our two teenage sons. Having Pier Park so close is an added bonus as well as several great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely consider this property again and recommend it to others too. We had a great week at Calypso!

This is our 5th stay in this condo. We return here because we enjoy the room, the condo building and Dale and Dean from SugarSands.

The condo had a very comfortable feel and the furniture was great. The bed was so soft that you just sank down in it. The view is perfect from both the living room and bedroom. The updated kitchen is nice also. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe at the tidewater. The beach chairs are a plus. I will definitely be back. Thank you Dale and Dean for such a wonderful condo.

I loved the location of the condo. I really like my car being inside a gate in a garage. The condo itself is very cozy and clean. The huge balcony is a plus.

Beautiful condo!

This stay was our 4th in this unit. We have come to think of it as our Florida home. Dale is always there for us if there are any problems (Very few!) We have enjoyed the new living room furniture and the kitchen remodel. We have booked again for 2026!

My wife and I have stayed in this unit several times and have enjoyed it immensely. It has recently been remodeled and has some new counter chairs and a new sofa and love seat. For 2 months of the year we consider it our home away from home. We've booked again for next year!!

The property was amazing. It was clean and the view was just gorgeous! I stayed in room 1515 and Dale and Dean were two good people. Whenever you need something or help they were there to solve any kind of issue. The unit smelt good and was very very clean. Stay was Kelloggs GREAT! 4/11-15.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB @ this property...the condo was decorated very “beachy,” the furniture was nice, the view was fabulous, & they were very accommodating when we needed to change the date we were coming in. We would have appreciated a couple extra rolls of toilet paper, more than one dishwasher tab, & a cookie sheet/pizza pan, otherwise it was a great place & we had a great time, we would definitely go back!!!

Everything was great. The beach front view is my favorite. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the ocean view and the beach. This time of year is a great time to come here because it’s not overly crowded and everything just runs so smoothly. The rooms were very clean and bed was so comfortable. We are looking forward to coming back to 1515.

From start to finish, Dale was a absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond to text or email questions and provided everything needed.
Only downside with this unit was the high end refrigerator was hard to access and not having a screen on the sliders. Evelators at time we’re shut down to one or two working and preventing getting to dinner reservations on time.

Overall amazing views, decorations, customer service and will recommend and be back.

This is our 3rd stay in this property at Tidewater. It is like being at home.....comfortable! We enjoy working with Sugar Sands because they are very friendly and helpful and we feel more like family than clients. The rooms are well kept up and there have been some updates of appliances, which is always appreciated. The condo is clean and the view is wonderful.

I love tidewater, 1515! Dale is always available and the condo is wonderful. We plan on staying again in 2023, for the third time! See you then!!

The Condo we stayed in was nice and clean. However, they don't have enough elevators to support the 30 floors of people that are staying there. So, you will wait a while for a elevator. The parking garage is often crowded and can be a challenge to get out of. The staff is not that friendly. I would not recommend this location if you have a family and want to keep them away from the party crowd. This location is full of partyers. I will never stay at this place again.

This is our second stay in this unit. We thoroughly enjoy our stay each time. Dale has been very accommodating whenever there has been a problem and those were few. The unit is like coming into someone's home and is very welcoming. The unit was clean and all appliances worked. We like that the unit has a queen bed rather than a king. We have booked again for next year!

The view was great but waiting for the elevator was horrible for the money you are paying for this resort it's no excuse for the unfriendless of the staff and the long elevators!

I have been coming to PCB with my family for the past 4 years. We have always stayed at the Tidewater. With each year we come we end up in a different condo from previous years . I will say with dealing with many different agency who handle the volume of clients daily the Amazing customer service I received from Sugar Sands was by far the best I have had. The condo was just as pictured and the bed in the master was very comfortable. Bunk were perfect for our Twin boys and. I hope this unit is available when we come next year.

The first few days the elevator was so slow that I considered leaving. The wait at times was over 30 minutes!! The last 4 days they seemed to be fine. Condo was very clean and updated.

We had such a wonderful time here. The view was beautiful, getting to and from the beach was so easy, the included umbrellas kept our kids comfortable on the beach for hours, and the bed was even more comfortable than our bed at home.

This was one of our best vacations ever, minus the weather but you can’t control that! At least we had two sunny days. You get exactly what the pictures show with this unit. It is well equipped with everything you need. This unit was in immaculate condition too. The owner responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner and was very professional. He was very easy to work with from the time we reserved this property until we checked out! We can’t thank you enough for helping us make this an unforgettable trip. The memories made will last a lifetime.
