1405 E Calypso

We love this place and keep coming back every spring! (This was our third year.) The view can't be beat and the condo is perfectly decorated and appointed. Plus each year we always discover new upgrades! The owner is super responsive and clearly cares about making sure his guests have everything they need. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this condo many times and it never disappoints. We feel like we are at home when we stay here! Dale and Dean are great to work with! The condo is very clean and decorated beautifully. The location is wonderful! It is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and recreation activities. The beach and pool areas are beautiful and convenient!

We had a really great time at this condo! It was super clean, very convenient to the elevators and walking distance (across the street) to pier park! Didn’t even need to rent a car it was so close! Updated condo that I will definitely be staying at again!

The room was more than we expected. Great location and everyone was nice.

My husband and I were in town for the Ironman, and this worked out perfect for us! The location allowed us to easily walk back and forth from the room to Pier Park for shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, and spent much of our time out there. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, so that was a huge plus for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and would book again if we come back for another event!

From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed at how beautiful, clean and fresh the condo was. The views were amazing from every spot in the condo. You could even see the water from the shower.

Our experience at 1405 E Calypso was perfect from start to finish. This unit is GORGEOUS. Sorry for the all caps but it really is beautifully decorated. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but it was completely spotless (I'm super picky about cleanliness). The bed was very comfortable, the towels were fluffy, even provided a specific very nice black makeup towel, wipes, and a collection of soaps for our stay. Truly like a luxury hotel feel. The appliances are top notch and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Will definitely book this unit again in the future!

We loved our stay at 1405 East Calypso! It was spotlessly clean and well decorated which contributed to a very relaxing getaway for us! The view from the balcony is spectacular! The location of Calypso is great...close to the pier, walking distance to Pier Park which includes restaurants (and a Starbucks!), shopping, amusement park....something for everyone!

Sugar Sands was wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again! The condo was clean and well kept. The location was perfect for walking to anything we needed. We also liked the pier being close to the complex.

Well kept and clean condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable as well as the linens. The condo was very clean and they supplied us with enough necessities to last a few days. When we arrived on a Saturday, a storm had rolled through and took out the electrical panels for the whole East Tower. The owner, Dale, was very apologetic and stayed in touch about the situation and offered to bring us whatever we may need to stay comfortable while the power was being restored. Dale was wonderful to work with and we will definitely be returning and will definitely rent from Sugar Sands again.

Very nice condo! Just like pictures show. Very clean and appreciated the little things i.e. small bottle of clothes detergent, plenty of soaps, towels, make up removers, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Very easy to work with!

Our first family trip to Panama City Beach was wonderful. We enjoyed staying at Calypso and the access to the beach was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

We always enjoy our visit to this condo. Dale and Dean are so great to work with. We have stayed here for the last 5 or 6 years at least 2 times per year. The condo is located right off the elevator and doesn't have a lot of noise from other visitors in the hallways. The views from the balcony are amazing! It's very clean and comfortable. Beach chairs are included and the beach service, especially this trip, was very good. Great location!!! We love the location to restaurants and Pier Park. We parked our car on Saturday and never drove again until we went home! Dale is so friendly and respectful of his guests! Thanks for a great trip!

Our unit was immaculate when we arrived and very nicely decorated. It is perfectly located between the elevator banks so there isn't the constant sound of kids running down the outside corridors or wagons loaded with beach items rolling along. The owner was extremely diligent in making sure we were happy with our selection and that we were able to get into the parking garage and unit without any problems. The unit is in a very nice location as it is a 5 minute walk to Pier Park that has tons of shops, restaurants and other entertainment. The beach chairs were also included which is a huge plus as that can get pricey very quickly. Also there was an issue with the complexes cooling tower after a tropical storm passed through which required all of the units AC units to be shut down one night and our owner helped us make sure we cooled down our unit enough to stay comfortable before the shutdown occurred for repairs and then he gave us an additional night stay at no additional charge. If you ever want to go and stay at a place where you can feel safe that you are going to get your money's worth, this is the place.

This condo was spotless! Plush furniture, comfy bed, and luxurious bed linens are a must. 1405 E did not disappoint. The room is immediately adjacent to the elevators and easy to access. Love that the beach chairs are included and that the service staff come around to adjust the shade for your sun preference. Dale and Dean are amazing to work with and we cannot wait to stay here again!

This was one of many times we have stayed in this unit, and we hope many more to come. In 2018 we were here for two days and "Michael" sent us home. Dale and Dean were there for us through the whole evacuation process.....moving on....we were back this year and was like coming home. We can't say enough about this condo and Dale and Dean. Hopefully we will be back for many more years. October is our favorite time of the year.

This property was exactly as depicted in the photos. Great linens, toiletries and starter supplies made it so easy to jump right into enjoying our vacation. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever!! Also, walkable distance to many restaurants and shops so no need to fight traffic! Love this place!!

Our second trip to Calypso this summer was great! We stayed in this unit in June and July, as we do each summer. We keep coming back because of how easy it is to book and check-in, the great property, great location to Pier Park and other great restaurants, and spectacular convenience of the beautiful beach. The condo unit is clean and comfortable and has everything needed to make it feel like home! Dale and Dean are so easy to work with at Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals and are so friendly and professional. We look forward to coming back next time!

The condo is very nice, very clean, well stocked and the location is perfect. Everything you would want is within walking distance. The rental company was easy to work with and very informative...even on a short notice. I definitely will be returning and would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I stayed at the Calypso 1405 East Tower 1 during my first week of Summer Break and it was very enjoyable. We have stayed at this particular unit twice in the summer for the last four years. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Calypso is located next to Pier Park and several restaurants, which makes it easy to walk to anything you might want or need. The two pools and beach chair service help make this vacation a relaxing atmosphere. The unit also provides many amenities, such as a kitchen with all your needs, a washer and dryer, and complimentary water, coffee, soaps, and lotions. Dale and Dean are very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying at this property!

We always stay at the Calyso. Its the cleanest and nicest condominiums in PCB.

Dean and Dale are amazing to work with on all my questions! So pleasant to talk to.i and down to earth.Very clean condo and loved our view, sleeping with sliding door open at night was the best sleep, sound from ocean is wonderful. We will be back.

Unit is well furnished with what you need for your stay. Unit was clean and had plenty of towels. Staff at Sugar Sands rentals was very helpful and will be staying with them in future.

Well the manager of my unit Bobby Dean, consistently harrassed me. He would change the door codes so that I would have to call him. He would then say, I will be right there. I was like no, give me the **** code so I can get in my unit. He did this to a couple other guys I know that were staying at the same place. Then they kicked us out because they wanted to take advantage of the situation with hurricane Michael, and increase the price and allow the power and cable company to move in. I'm probably going to seek legal council about the sexual harassment issue. No Dean I dont want to see the medical device in your ***. This place is a Dump. Run Away......

We have stayed at various Calypso for years but this condo is now at the top of our list. Beautiful property and very clean. Also, loved it was so close to the elevator for convenience.

Dale and Dean are excellent owners and bend over backwards to make sure everything is perfect. We love staying here and will return.

We could not have been more pleased with this condo. It was clean. It looks just as the pictures reflect. It is a very classy rental. The view is amazing. We will definitely plan another week and we will ask to stay here. We had a wonderful week. The beach and water was gorgeous. The on-site Tiki Bar was very nice as well.

This condo looks just like the photos and the little extras are such a nice perk! They even took the time to help us find the best route north to beat Hurricane Irma! They were genuinely caring and prayed for our safe return home! I can't say enough nice things about Dale & Dean or this beautiful condo! You will love it as much as we did! We will be back!

The Calypso Resort is our favorite place to stay in Panama City Beach. We have stayed at this unit several times and keep coming back. It is very clean, has nice decorations and atmosphere. This property is close to Pier Park, restaurants, the pier, and other shopping. The owners at Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals are so nice to work with. We will be going back again this summer!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo met all our needs (please be advised to bring your own beach towels, though!) and the view was stunning. We were comfortable and absolutely loved the enormous, fluffy bed! The washer and dryer made our stay much more comfortable. I don't know if I'll be able to vacation without one ever again!

We were here last Easter and returned this Easter. Absolutely beautiful place, everything you need or would want for a home away. Condo is immaculate and very comfortable furniture. The bed sensational!! Wonderful views and the area is in the center of everything. Two wonderful pools. Everyone is friendly. Great place for family or couple! You won't be disappointed! Dean and Dale are Awesome People to rent from.

We had a wonderful time at the beach thanks to this beautiful condo and awesome owners! The condo was perfectly clean and well maintained. The huge king size bed and it's fluffy white linens were so comfy!! The condo is perfectly located and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

This was such a gorgeous and luxurious condo! We felt so spoiled! It had everything and was so tastefully decorated! Dean and Dale were so great to work with. This condo is right off the elevator but you never heard a noise. The view from both the living room and bedroom is amazing! You wake up looking at the gulf. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Panama City Beach! Also we could walk to just about everything we needed - Pier Park, some of our favorite restaurants even WalMart & Target!

Have chosen Calypso for several years now and it never disappoints! Our room was fully equipped with all we needed for our week stay. walking to Pier Park each night for dinner and shopping is an added bonus. Will definitely be coming back!

My family and I stayed at your rental from Sept7-12 this year. We loved it! When I was looking for somewhere to stay I was a little particular. I wanted something that had a large tub with separate shower in the master along with balcony access from the master. I also wanted something that wasn't over the top with the beach theme. This place had everything I was looking for and a great price! When we got there and realized it was right by the elevators we were afraid it was going to be noisy but it wasn't at all! I would definitely stay here again!! Thank You Dale and Dean!
